The Tarulli OP Group has created a complete TRACEABILITY system which, following the guidelines of the latest EU Reg., allows the entire path of the product to be traced: from the its very origin in its plot of land (sheet and parcel), up to the packaging date, to the coding of the product up to the shipping. Traceability is accessible to our customers via this web site, where residual analysis data can also be browsed.
